This might be the easiest recipe I've ever shared in this newsletter. You likely already have most of the ingredients in your kitchen. There's minimal chopping, and putting everything together only takes about 10 minutes.
Because this refreshing salad doesn't include leafy greens — except for the basil — you don't have to worry about it getting soggy and mushy from sitting in the dressing too long. And if you want to save yourself time, go ahead and use canned corn kernels. That's what I did!
