| I won't lie: Zucchini noodles (zoodles) can be a real hassle to prepare yourself. But with the right recipe — ahem … today's! — they can absolutely be worth the effort, especially if you combine the right ingredients. | Sorry to everyone who likes their pasta (regular or vegetable-based) bathed in a tomato sauce. But when I am in the zoodle zone, this handheld option gets the job done sufficiently and takes up minimal drawer space. | | Every product we recommend has gone through either Healthline's or Optum Store's vetting processes.
