| Here's my biggest gripe about brunch: It's usually scheduled at an awkward time of day. Every day, I eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Brunch ruins my routine. These beans are excellent sources of fiber and protein and provide a unique spin on this classic dish. I like breaking them with my hands and eating larger chunks. | Whenever I make a shakshuka at home, I fry my bread in olive oil for a crunchy, greasy texture. It's an extra step, but it is so worth it. Try it yourself and then let me know I was right. 😜 | | | | | | Cluck, cluck | There's a very good chance you've seen "free-range" eggs at the grocery store.
