Recipe of the Week
Mustard baked chicken with lemon broccoli
Truly, there are few dinners more convenient than chicken and vegetables. With just a few everyday ingredients (olive oil, rosemary, mustard) you can bake a delicious (and not dry!) chicken breast in 30 minutes. You could probably cut your total cooking time if you butterflied, flattened, and grilled the meat instead.
Prepping the broccoli is incredibly simple: You only need to blanch the florets in boiling water for about a minute before tossing everything with lemon (juice and zest) and oil. Well, technically the recipe suggests roasting them with the chicken for a bit, but I think they're fine without that additional step. I typically like to add some sort of starch — rice is my preference — to my plate, but the chicken and broccoli are satisfying enough together.

HOTEC Silicone Basting Brushes
I don't find myself basting that often, but when I do, I'm always thankful to have silicone brushes in my drawer. They're so much easier to clean than regular brushes, and you don't have to worry about them fraying.
