My favorite snack from Trader Joe’s

Dark chocolate is *always* a good idea.

Recipe of the Week
Dark chocolate-covered almonds
Sometimes when Ginger and I are searching for recipes to share with you, we laugh over ones that shouldn't even be a "recipe." These recipes tend to have very short ingredient lists or instructions would make you go, "well, duh."
And that's pretty much how I felt about today's! All you need to do is melt the dark chocolate, bathe the almonds in it, and then let everything chill in the fridge. It's that simple and straightforward. We bet you'll even commit this "recipe" to memory after only making it once.

Lipper International Acacia Wood Spice Box
I don't have this specific container, but my friend gave me theirs when they were decluttering their kitchen, and it's very similar to this version. I keep flaky salt in mine to sprinkle over schnitzels and fried eggs. Any spice that you reach for regularly would be a great fit for this — especially to give your counter space a pretty upgrade.
