The cottage cheese renaissance is here.

I should've been eating this years ago.

Recipe of the Week
Try this tomato basil cottage cheese bowl
Cottage cheese is having a renaissance moment — at least to me. For years, people have been combining it with fruits and granola as a high protein snack. Lately, I've seen people get more creative by incorporating it into pancakes, scrambled eggs, and lasagna.
And I totally see the hype. Half a cup of low fat cottage cheese contains 81 calories, 14 grams of protein, 3 grams of carbs, and only 1 gram of fat. Research has shown that it has the potential to help with weight loss, promote muscle growth, and help prevent insulin resistance.
This breakfast recipe focuses on cottage cheese as the star ingredient. The only prep you have to do is chop tomatoes and basil. Otherwise, the rest is just mixing everything together for a savory bowl of filling nutrients. Easy, breezy, beautiful … cottage cheese bowl.

imarku 8-Inch Japanese Chef Knife
I've owned this chef knife for 5 years and can honestly say it's my best friend in the kitchen. It cuts expertly through every ingredient: fish, steak, squash, fennel, lemon, you name it. The only real maintenance it requires is keeping the blade sharp — I swear by this electric sharpener. If you're on the hunt for a chef knife, I can't recommend this affordable version enough!
