Beefsteak Patties for Restaurants Recalled for Listeria Risk

Kenosha Beef International of Columbus, OH, is recalling approximately 21,427 pounds of ready-to-eat beefsteak patty product that may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS). Texas Salmonella Outbreak Expands to 42 Cases

Another 12 people in Texas have fallen ill with Salmonella in an outbreak first linked to a steakhouse in Dalhart, TX, called Ten in Texas, according to local news station, KFDA. WI Dairy's Permit Suspended After Campylobacter Outbreak

A Pepin County dairy farm's Grade A permit is being suspended for 30 days, according to the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP).
