U.S. Cancer Death Rate Has Fallen 33% Since 1991, Here’s Why

The American Cancer Society has released new data on cancer cases and related deaths. They estimate that the cancer death rate has dropped 33% since 1991 and that 3.8 million cancer deaths have been prevented from 1991 to 2020.
