TIP OF THE DAY
If you're feeling fatigued and have trouble focusing, you may have an iron deficiency. Iron is responsible for carrying oxygen around the body and helping with the formation of new blood cells. If your body doesn't have enough iron, it can't function properly and you'll experience a severe decrease in energy. Try adding more meat products in your diet to pump up your iron levels.
