Hydrating Summer Fruit and Veggie Recipes
When the temperature rises, it's important to stay hydrated. Drinking plenty of liquids is essential, but you can get water from food, too. Many fruits and vegetables have high water content, including leafy greens, cucumbers, watermelon and berries, which help to hydrate your skin and help flush toxins out of your body.

Calcium Fact Sheet
Try adding some low-fat Greek yogurt and white beans into your diet to increase your calcium intake. If your body does not get the amount of calcium it needs it takes calcium from your bones to compensate, leading to potentially severe problems later in life. So beat your body to the punch and make sure you're getting your daily dose of calcium.
