In a Nutshell
In a recent team meeting, Ginger, Kenny, Tim, and I chatted about our favorite snacks. It was a fun and interesting conversation — it turns out each of us has pretty different snacking styles. Because I know you're just dying to find out what we eat throughout the day (sarcasm), you'll find a list of our go-to snacks below!

Let's talk about our favorite snacks
what's got us buzzing
Let's talk about our favorite snacks
Kenny: I suck at snacking! I tend to munch on leftovers throughout the day. But when I do snack, I eat the following:️
  • kimchi (homemade)
  • overnight oats (meal prepped)
  • a protein shake
  • hard-boiled eggs from the office fridge
  • string cheese
Ginger: Snacking is an important part of my emotional coping repertoire. Especially on workdays, I find myself reaching for:
  • dates and peanut butter
  • chocolate chips and cashews
  • apples, sliced and salted
  • chia seeds soaked in oat milk
  • Greek yogurt with peanut butter and honey
  • carrots dipped in Bitchin' sauce
Tim: Dipping mini poppadoms into hummus is a recent favorite. Sometimes I dust the hummus with oregano and smoked paprika. The same mini poppadoms dipped into Greek yogurt mixed with lime and chili pickle. Salami or prosciutto wrapped around half a walnut is a good one, too.️
Morgan: I love snacks. I recently started eating meat again, and I forgot just how satisfying it is to eat cold cuts or beef jerky during the day. I also like:️
  • chips and guac
  • honey sesame-coated almonds
  • dark chocolate-covered berries
  • dehydrated fruit
  • (chocolate) rice cakes
  • mochi ice cream

RXBAR Chocolate Sea Salt Protein Bars
RXBAR Chocolate Sea Salt Protein Bars
RXBARs are made with only a few simple, healthy ingredients — and they're delicious! Each bar contains 12 grams of protein, which accounts for ~20% of your recommended daily value. Although I love this decadent Chocolate Sea Salt flavor, other flavors like Peanut Butter, Blueberry, and Chocolate Chip are just as good. I prefer to eat them after I exercise, but they make for a great midday snack, too.
