TIP OF THE DAY
Fat-free products might seem like a great way to cut calories out of your diet, but food without fat doesn't taste as good as food with fat and many food producers make up for that loss of flavor by adding sugar. While it's possible to find zero-calorie options for many foods, these are often packed full of chemicals to give the food flavor. Focus more on cutting calories by shrinking your portions and eating the same foods.
