Who do you trust for supplements?

Hi, it's Kris from Authority Nutrition here.

One of the most common questions we get is around supplements, specifically about what works and what does not.

New studies are always coming out and scam artists are quick to jump up and misrepresent a study in order to make more money off of it.

The #1 site we refer to when we research and write about supplements is Examine.com.

It's a great site - they have one goal: to analyze and make sense of nutrition and supplement research. And as an education company, that's all they do. They don't sell supplements, they don't do consulting, they just focus on the research.

They just turned six years old today, and to celebrate, they are having a sale of up to 50% off!

Check it out: Examine.com

I rarely ever endorse anyone else, but these guys are the real deal. The mainstream is full of charlatans trying to sell you something, but they are one of the few that can be trusted.

If you have any questions about supplements, check out their Supplement-Goals Reference.

If you want step-by-step directions on what to take for different reasons (eg. fat loss, testosterone boosting, sleep, depression and more), check out their Stack Guides.

And if you are a serious professional, check out their Examine.com Research Digest. We use it ourselves!

The sale is only for 60 hours, so get it now!

I want to hear back on what you think about their stuff (I know you will love it).
