Important Investment Update: Launch Date Changed

Official Launch moved to October 2nd, 2017

Pre-Register Dear Sayed ahmed, We have an important announcement for all potential investors. The launch date has been moved to October 2nd, 2017. The decision to move the launch date is due to the unprecedented level of demand for our pre-registration which has seen us breaking global pledge records. We have taken the decision to move the Official Launch start date to October 2nd in order to ensure that our partner platform has the capability to support investors on the day from both a web traffic and processing perspective. We are looking to raise more than €2,500,000 to deliver even more great education to far more students and to date we have received over €104,577,735 in pre-registered interest. We feel that this alone is a testament to the quality of the service which we provide and validation of the problem we are solving and our unique positioning to change billions of lives. Amazingly, this is all purely from our own students and before the public gains access post go-live date. Our aim over the coming days and before our go live on 2nd October is to do as much as we can so that you can invest with ease. We will: ● Share with you the full process – the start time, the platform, the documents which we will need to approved i.e. ID and Utility Bill from the last 3 months, etc. ● Further information – we will be sharing several further key updates which we are incredibly excited about in particular in relation to both key senior appointments and groundbreaking partnerships. Aside from these trading updates, we will also be sharing the necessary and highly impressive financial and key KPI data for you to review as well. ● We will be outlining what happens post invest – how we will communicate through an investor portal, access to secondary markets though the focus should be on a potential liquidity event over the next 3-5 years, how you will be a shareholder and as such will have access to any paid dividends and much more.
