7 foods that may weaken your immune system
What you eat affects how you feel. Studies on the connection between diet and immunity suggest that certain nutrients (or lack thereof) can help optimize or reduce immune functions. This includes how strong your immune system is and how resistant you might be to infections.

Research is ongoing, but specific foods have been found to decrease your body's natural defenses. For example, these seven foods may weaken your immune system:
  1. added sugars and artificial sweeteners
  2. salty foods
  3. foods high in omega-6 fats
  4. fried foods
  5. processed and charred meat
  6. fast food
  7. highly refined carbs
Don't get us wrong, you don't need to say goodbye to chips and ice cream forever. Instead, consider limiting your intake of foods like these and following a well-balanced diet high in nutrients to support optimal health.

Goli Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies
Goli Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies
Apple cider vinegar offers some health benefits, like helping kill harmful bacteria and potentially lowering blood sugar levels. In addition to Goli's Ashwagandha and Dreamy Sleep gummies, this ACV gummy vitamin has been a staple in my personal health routine for over a year. They're gluten-free, vegan, and so delicious that you (read: I) have to fight the urge to eat them like a snack. They're also packed with vitamins B9 and B12 to support immune function, heart health, and overall well-being.
