What advice would you give your younger self?
what's got us buzzing
What advice would you give your younger self?
"Learn yoga and do some each day. I have been physically active all my life and still am. But I was never really flexible. Inflexibility increases as you age. I am 82 years old. I do sports, exercising or stretching every day. For my age, I am doing OK, but I wish I had more flexibility. I'm working on it." — Kathy B.
"I would tell my younger self to brush AND floss twice daily. Gum health affects overall health." — Autumn M.
"Current age 77. I would tell my early-20s self to slow down. Don't be in a hurry to tie myself down with marriage and a family. Get more education, travel, live on my own, and just explore life!" — Sandra K.
"Now I'm in my sixties, I would ask you to try and not make your weight the last thing you think of at night and the first thing you think of every morning." — Lorraine L.
"I would tell myself to stop worrying about the things that you cannot change, and just be yourself. Do not judge others, and just be kind to people that you may meet, and be happy with you because you are perfect the way that God has made you." — Chris R.
"I wish I took 1 to 2 hours a day for just me, doing exercise and especially yoga and eating right. If I had, I would be today more limber and free, possibly, of digestive issues. I'm an active and healthy 70-year-old female who now is exercising 6 days a week with scheduled classes and love it. It has improved my balance, made me stronger, and I feel healthy, just not as limber as I'd like. If I'd only started at a much younger age." — Donna F.
"You cannot build your happiness on someone else's unhappiness — try putting the other person first." — Joe H.
"I would tell my younger self that there are numerous opportunities waiting for you in your life. Never think that you would not be enough. The challenges in our lives make us stronger to face the realities of life. They are in our favor." — Khadija G.

Clorox Ultra Clean Air Humidifier
Clorox Ultra Clean Air Humidifier
Whenever the humidity level drops too low in my home, I tend to get a sore throat, dry eyes, and eczema flares, so I keep a humidifier running to avoid these symptoms. I recently started using Clorox's new humidifier, and it's been working like a charm! My air purifier says my humidity averages around 50%. It's quiet and easy to fill, and the water reservoir is large enough to stay on the medium mist setting all day.
