TIP OF THE DAY
Essential fats like omega-3s and omega-6s can also help the body build healthy cellular membranes. They are necessary for human health but the body can't make them. Instead, you must get them through your diet. To make sure you get enough, try eating healthy servings of fatty fish like salmon, sardines, mackerel or herring at least twice a week. Adding flaxseeds or chia seeds to your food is also a great way to get a dose of these essential fats.
