METCHOSINITE Week of 01/21/2016 - Featured Blog Post What is One Thing You Love About Your Body? One thing I love about my body is that, even though I have abused it diet wise, it has always been healthy. But that cannot go on forever. In a few days I will be 64 and I cannot expect my body to keep on taking the abuse. I am changing my diet to a wholesome one that helps my body and I am going to the gym 6 days a week and walking every evening after dinner. Hopefully I am not too late.
